What This
Warranty Covers :
Supply Technology,
Inc. ("Supply Technology") warrants to the original
purchaser that the equipment, replacement parts and/or software
(together "Equipment"), supplied by Supply Technology,
will operate in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
when used under generally accepted telecommunication industry
standards for a period of nineteen (19) months from the date
of original purchase. If Supply Technology is acting as a dealer
of new Equipment, the warranty period is limited to any lesser
period provided by the manufacturer's warranty (for example,
twelve (12) months in the case of Uniden
wireless telephones).
What We
Will Do To Correct Problems:
Should the
Equipment prove defective during the applicable period Supply
Technology will, at its discretion, either repair or replace
the Equipment or defective part, without charge for parts or
labor. Supply Technology may retain any Equipment or part which
it replaces.
What This
Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty
covers only Equipment purchased and used in the United States.
Supply Technology is not responsible for warranty service if
problems are caused by the following situations: (1) Should
the Equipment fail to be properly maintained or fail to function
properly as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation,
neglect, improper operation or improper shipping; (2) damage
caused by events beyond anyone's reasonable control such as
fire, flood, lightning or improper electrical current or (3)
repairs or alterations of the Equipment provided by other than
Supply Technology. Postage, insurance and shipping costs incurred
in delivering the Equipment for warranty service are your responsibility.
How You
Get Warranty Service:
You may
contact your Account Manager at Supply Technology to obtain
a Warranty Replacement (WR) authorization number within the
warranty period. Supply Technology may not accept returned product
without a WR number. Then, please ship the Equipment in its
original or comparable packing material to Supply Technology
at the above address. Proof of the date of original purchase
is maintained by Supply Technology through reference to the
Supply Technology Serial Number affixed to the Equipment. All
returned defective products are tested in our Technical Services
Center. Products that are returned but that are found not to
be defective are subject to a restocking fee that will be billed
to the customer's account. For more information, please call

THE WARRANTY
AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU
OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. UNLESS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED
HEREIN, ANY STATEMENT, REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING
EQUIPMENT BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR FIRM IS VOID. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED
IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, SUPPLY TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS, INCONVENIENCE, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE,
INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EQUIPMENT, EITHER
SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT, AND WHETHER
DUE TO BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
EXCEPT AS
TO TITLE AND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN,
SUPPLY TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT MAKE, AND
HEREBY DISCLAIMS, ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO THE CONDITION,
DESIGN, OPERATION, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL
OR WORKMANSHIP, OR FITNESS FOR USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE EQUIPMENT.
SUPPLY TECHNOLOGY
HEREBY ASSIGNS TO BUYER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES GIVEN ON THE
EQUIPMENT BY THE MANUFACTURER
THEREOF.
